Our Private Client section handles all aspects of wills, trusts, estates, tax and estate planning, property conveyancing, trade licenses and financial management for individuals and trusts.

NOTE: Foriegn nationals can buy a condominium personally provided the building is less than 50% foreign-owned overall. If you want to buy land or a house, you will need to set up a limited commpany with at least seven Thai shareholders holding 51% of the shares.
