Non-immigrant visas 'B' (business) and 'O' (other) must be obtained prior to arrival in Thailand. To obtain a non-immigrant B visa you are required to produce a letter from your employer in Thailand. You can obtain a non-immigrant O visa if you are married to a Thai national and have a copy of your marriage certificate.

If you have a non-immigrant B visa you must also have a letter of introduction from a Thai company certified with the company stamp and letterhead. This will enable you to be issued with a multiple non-immigrant B visa. The letter should state the company intends to employ you, or invite you to carry out research for the company while awaiting employment.

Once you have your non-immigrant B Visa you apply for your work permit. You must obtain your work permit inside Thailand. In order to obtain a work permit you must have a limited company or you are going to be employed by a Thai company.

You may enter Thailand on a 90-day visa and then apply for an extension of not more than one year at a time. To be eligible, you must have a company in Thailand with a minimum registered capital of Bt2 million and being paid a monthly salary from between Bt30,000 to Bt50,000.

Non-immigrant O visas (retirement) are offered to foreigners aged 50 years of age and over if they can prove that they have at least Bt800,000 in their personal bank account and their personal monthly income is not less than Bt65,000. We will assist you with all applications to the Immigration Bureau.

We also provide extension tourist visas (TR) and transit visas (TS) for 30 days. The price for the round trip to the Cambodian border by private car is: one person Bt3,000, or two people Bt5,000.
