Thailand's tax system is by self-assessment and the company's directors are responsible for compliance with the Revenue Code and the preparation and submission of complete and accurate tax returns.

As a limited company we can help you with your bookkeeping, monthly management accounting and reporting, the preparation of VAT returns and advise you on when payments fall due. At the year-end we will audit your accounts, file your returns and advise you on all taxation issues affecting your business.
